Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates.

Set to a carefully crafted playlist, this full body, low impact and strength focused class, incorporates small controlled movements developing mobility and mobilising joints. Taking a flow based approach, this class is a safe space to find your own Barre based movement; however that looks and feels for you.
