An uplifting, strong and steady vinyasa flow to start your day. We will use asana (the physical postures of yoga) and pranayama (breathwork) as a way to energise yourself for the day, as well as accessing a deeper connection to yourself, to each other, and the world around us.
Ania will always make space here for you to explore playfully, challenge yourself with care, and meet yourself where you are with warmth and curiosity. Different options are always offered so that you can tailor the practice to serve you best each day.
