My classes offer an equally nurturing and challenging experience that invites you to move in a way that feels good to you. I love to chant and discuss yoga philosophy so this often shows up in the studio! Feeling deep into all the wobbles is always much welcomed and creative sequencing explores different planes of motion in the body in order to weave out tension from habitual lifestyle patterns, develop flexibility, get the body feeling fluid. There’s always deep rest to close and often a grounding meditation to release from your day with.
This class is an all levels restorative flow. Rooted in the slower pace of traditional Hatha yoga, with fluid movements inspired by my studies in anatomy & dance that may build to more dynamic poses as you encourage movement in the joints, explore coordination. We close in easy restorative poses or guided meditation.
