Please book into this class as normal, then set yourself up in the comfort of your home with your computer, maybe a blanket, cushion, and couple of books if you have them to hand for props!
If you have a mo, also have a look at Zoom, the wonderful tool we'll be practicing through. I'll send you a link 10 mins before class which will take you to a live stream and through the power of the internet we'll move together. There'll be a Spotify playlist in the email also if you'd like to listen to that while practicing, and if friends/loved ones wish to join they can do so with a Paypal donation to [email protected] (free to unwaged/NHS/those that need) x
A re-balancing Slow Flow class where you can expect to explore pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that restore and focus on strengthening aspects of the subtle body (chakra system.) I always encourage playfulness and ambient music draws you to a place of deep stillness to close. This is a nurturing practice with twists to detoxify, breathing exercises to calm and balances to re-ignite our inner strength.
