I have been teaching yoga and embodied movement for more than 10 years now and draw on a variety of influences and inspiration.... vinyasa flow with deep somatic and embodied awareness, yin fascial yoga, incorporating our fascia system into movement as integration, breathwork and the nervous system, 20 years of 5 rhythms dance and the teachings of non-dual saiva tantra...so much good stuff to pull from these practices!
So in this weekly class you can expect a lush blend of awareness practices that I intentionally keep simple and do-able..... mindful movement, conscious breath and moments of pause and stillness to really notice the effects of this gorgeous practice. Dropping out of your mind, into your body and relaxing into simple beingness. Everyone is welcome.
