DK Warrior Training began out of a desire to move back to the simple training methods of the past. Kettlebells, Indian clubs, ropes, gymnastics, dumbbells, boxing they have been around for as longs as humans knew their bodies could be developed. For some reason we lost this idea.
We created stale, lifeless, impersonal, boring, clinical environments filled with with machines and mirrors and preening gym bunnies.
DK Warrior Training is a return to fun, body exploration and human connection with an emphasis on development, hard work and camaraderie.
