A varied and energetic retro-aerobics workout incorporating dance, combat and classic aerobics moves (to some classic retro 80s, 90s and Noughties tunes) followed by 15 minutes of conditioning. No dance/aerobics experience necessary. 2 different levels so appropriate for all abilities.

Health and Safety
Given the virtual nature of this class, you are responsible for your own health and safety. Please ensure that you have enough space to move freely without any trip hazards and as always bring water and wear trainers. You might also want to bring a mat for the conditioning section (although not essential)
Please let me know via email or phone by 5:45pm on the day of the class if you have any injuries and give me a wave if you need me to adapt any exercises. I shall do my best but if you are uncomfortable in any way with any of the exercises, just jog it out or march it out until you are ready to join in again.
After we have said hi, I will ask you to mute your mics so that we don't get any nasty feedback.
