The 'Jaiho' routine has a Bollywood inspired warm up followed by a high impact aerobics cardio. It is a varied and energetic dance aerobics workout to some great dance tunes! The routine incorporates dance, combat and classic aerobics moves followed by 15 minutes of conditioning. Class runs at 2 different levels so is appropriate for all abilities. No dance/aerobics experience necessary. Socials every 6 weeks!
