CrossFit Fundamentals will take you through all of the basic movements performed in classes.
These classes are necessary for anyone new to CrossFit. We will break down all the lifts and movements from beginner level and ensure you are moving safely, with good technique.
This class will run twice per week covering a different set of movements in each session
Thursdays;
Air squat - Back squat - front squat - overhead squat
Strict press - push press - push jerk
Sundays;
Deadlift - power clean - power snatch
As a beginner, feel free to repeat these sessions until you feel comfortable with each movement.
