Cheri's classes incorporate the flowing movement of vinyasa yoga with traditional seated postures. They are moderately paced and suitable for all abilities. Students are encouraged to find their own balance between effort and ease, turning their focus within the body to bring a sense of inner stability and harmony.
Classes are your sanctuary, an escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Each class is based on a theme (welcoming a season, finding your core strength etc.) The gentle warm up exercises, flowing sequence of postures, breathing practice and relaxation all aim to embody the topic, although each person will experience it in their own unique way.
