You don't have to be a runner to benefit from these classes! I will dive into the relationship between yoga and running (and sometimes other sports), and hope you'll be able to take something out for you - if even just one thing to help you grow and progress.
But essentially, by finding efficiency of movement, more mobility, flexibility and strength you will be able to discover and experience for yourself the many benefits a regular Yoga practice has on offer. For your sports as well as your live.
We'll deepen our awareness and knowledge of what's happening inside our bodies to cultivate the ability to balance any effort, make use of our body's whole capacity and tap into the full potential we have within.
I believe we all have so much more to give and are able to be and live so much fuller and happier and richer lives. All we need to do - and this is a big ask - is to show up, every single day, step by step, and keep moving, from the core of our being.
Just off North Street: head down the road at the little roundabout at the Co-op (kinda half way North Street). You'll see the Office Building "Monarch House" ahead. When you get to the building look for signs "One Life Fitness & Personal Training" - it's the second small door further down, rather than the reception entrance. If you've got trouble getting in, reception will be able to direct you. Please bear in mind I won't be able to open the door after class has started, so be sure to always arrive 5-10mins prior to class start.
