Come along and train with a group of like-minded women who are looking to stay active, keep fit and reach some common goals.
The sessions are led by Soeli O'Hagan who is a PT with years of experience in 1-2-1 sessions and group workouts. You can expect to be pushed hard but have fun at the same time.
With mixed content week-to-week you will be taken through cardiovascular routines, HIIT sessions, weight training programs and flexibility/mobility guidance as well.
The attendees are always welcoming to new members and all offer each other amazing support throughout each session.
