All of our classes are 45 minute Studio Cycling sessions. They are challenging but fun and will help to develop body tone, cardiovascular fitness and burn loads of calories!
We use state of the art bikes paired with MyZone heart rate tracking technology, you can borrow a strap when you arrive and the instructor will ensure you are using the strap and bike correctly.
All of our spin sessions are sweaty so bring a towel and plenty of water ! Planning to wear cycling shoes? Great! You'll get a better workout. But please be aware that only trainers and MTB style cycling shoes with concealed cleats are permitted in the Clifton Revolution studio.
