For this session you are zoomed into a live, natural class space from the comfort of your own home, but with the support of the group. Set in a beautiful, clear environment, each session focuses on your relationship with your body in movement and breath. With a combination of Yoga and Pilates, we gently flow through postures that focus and warm, to then complete with a deep relaxation and meditation. It's designed to train your focus back to what you need, to look after you.
