Hot Power Flow is a flowing class in a heated room that will take you through a fast paced Vinyasa sequence with specific postures focusing on balance and flexibility. There is always space to develop your yoga practice and this is a great opportunity to try new postures that you haven’t had the confidence to try before. You will be surprised how quickly your body will adapt and feel great! Stay with your breath during the class and follow at your own pace…it’s OK to take a break, this is your Yoga practice. Just some of the Benefits: Increase flexibility, build upper and lower body strength, gain focus and physicality. It’s a full body workout, which will leave you feeling energised, strong, ready for the day, balanced and Zen.
Preparation: Come to class hydrated. Bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat and an extra towel to go on your mat (for the sweat!). Wear fitted, light weight clothing which will be comfortable to sweat in. Arrive 20 minutes before class to fill in the required forms and set up.
