Combine balance strength and flexibility in specialised weekly classes. Open to all levels we will cover a range of techniques to keep fit, get toned and improve core stability. Contortion is perfect as a base or complimentary training to other circus arts, dance and sports.
You will be spending each week with an experienced teacher safely covering techniques from splits to bridges. Hands on instruction will ensure proper alignment and safety during classes as well as working in pair or groups.
No partner is required to attend the class but do bring along a bottle of water and a smile.
During your first class expect to have a short chat with the teacher about any previous experience, injuries or particular goals. This lets us safely tailor our training to your needs and provide the best experience we can.
