40 minute circuit-style group sessions to boost your strength and stamina - and get you back to your desk refreshed and raring to go!
Whether you’re starting out on your fitness journey, or workout regularly and looking to try something different, our class uses HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles, which will get you fitter, quicker. We alternate short intense exercises, with recovery breaks in between - you choose what level you want to work at, from beginner to ninja!
Meet us at the park at 1215. We’ll do a light warm-up, then the fun begins.
Bring a drink and wear comfortable workout clothes, which can be layered up or down if it’s chilly - if it's raining, we're still training!
