Boxercise, cardio, light weights and circuits - our small and friendly class uses HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles, which get you fitter, quicker.
And you choose what level you want to work at, from beginner to ninja!
Meet us at the park at 1210pm - I'll be wearing a black tshirt with "JumpStart" written on the back!
Bring a drink and wear comfortable workout clothes, which you can layer up or down if it’s chilly - if it's raining, we're still training!
