Tuesdays: circuits-style HIIT
Whether you’re starting out on your fitness journey, workout regularly or training for an event, we use HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles, which will get you fitter, quicker - you choose what level you want to work at, from beginner to ninja!

Meet us at the park at 1210pm - I'll be wearing a black tshirt with "JumpStart" written on the back!
Bring a drink and wear comfortable workout clothes, which you can layer up or down if it’s chilly - if it's raining, we're still training!
