A deeply mindful yoga practice to help you de-stress and find more spaciousness. Expect a reset for your whole body. As well asana (yoga poses), you will be guided through pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mantra and mudra interwoven with yogic philosophy. Classes are linked to the energy of the seasons and inspired by nature.
Carrie Brassley is an experienced yoga teacher, trained in a variety of styles of yoga. Her style of teaching and influences have changed over the years and she teaches from a place of intuition, so every class is different and adapts to the energy in the room on the day. Carrie welcomes both total beginners and experienced yogis with open arms.

If you are working with an injury, options will be given so you can adapt the poses to your needs. The studio is wheelchair accessible and I am confident in teaching wheelchair users if you are happy to contact me ahead of class to discuss your individual needs.
