Hi! I teach a range of yoga classes in the Bristol area, varying from stronger styles such as Om-Weights yoga (which I teach exclusively) to quieter forms such as yin. I have been practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2006 - I trained principally with the British Wheel of Yoga but have since continued my studies with a range of teachers from varying traditions.
