I have 15 years teaching experience and have been practicing yoga for over 20 years.
In my classes I allow plenty of time for individual hands-on assistance. I encourage you to develop a kind approach to working with your body; taking away habits of holding, pushing or forceful stretching. As the tension dissolves, you can discover inner strength, support, vitality and an increasing sense of lightness and freedom in your entire being. Rather than attempting to conform to an idea of what yoga asanas (poses) should look like, the focus here is on developing awareness of the inner life of the body. The poses unfold from that.
My classes are welcoming and inclusive so you can come as a beginner or an experienced practitioner and whatever condition your body is in presently.
