Tai Chi and Qigong Classes. Beginners and more experienced students welcome. There are two sessions back to back with Taijiwuxigong(Qigong) at 10.30am and Tai chi at 11.30 am. You are welcome to attend one or both classes. Taijiwuxigong classes offer a chance to improve posture, strength and flexibility, encourage clarity of mind and release of old emotion, developed through the self healing element of Tai Chi. Tai Chi classes will explore Tai Chi form and function, teaching you this wonderful martial art for its health benefits. You will learn a solo short form and practice standing postures to develop Tai Chi forces for your own healing and well being.
