“Warrior Workout” will be a tough session incorporating as many things as possible from experience gathered from 10 years of training people. This class will comprise exercises on the following kit - Kettlebells, Battle ropes, Speed Agility Quickness drills, Boxing Pad work, Medicine balls, HIIT, Swiss balls, Ground and Pound drills etc, to deliver a tough fat melting, muscle building class that will get people ripped and ready for the summer (as long as you are prepared to put the work in, not give up and listen to advice given with regards to nutrition!!).

Junior warrior workout is on a Monday 17:00-18:00
