This is a high energy class with numerous ftness stations and pieces of equipment to really push you to help you build strength and endurance, create lean muscle and burn fat whilst improving your speed, agility, co-ordination, balance and muscular endurance.

Expect a great variety of things such as Kettlebells, battle ropes, steps, jump ropes, medicine balls, Swiss balls, dumbbells, boxing bagwork etc.

The last part of the class will concentrate on your core (abs, lower back, glutes etc), so that by the end you have had a great conditioning workout that will leave you tired but well worked!
