Kettlebells are an awesome total body workout for building functional strength and conditioning of muscles. They are suitable for all levels.

Progression and results can be quite rapid if the correct techniques are adhered to (cue your Instructors to make sure you are doing things safely and correctly!).

They are great pieces of equipment as they allow specific parts of the body to be targeted and worked far more effectively than using machines, dumbbells, or barbells and adding in circuits routines only enhances their effectiveness.

Friday 9.30 is a very technical class, so if you are new to Kettlebells, or you just want to make sure you are doing it right, this is the class for you.

If you have the technique and really want to push it, try the Thursday 7am Kettlebell Circuits class where there are Kettlebell exercises, circuit training exercises and boxing pad work!!!!!
