We all get older and are likely to get less fit, eat more of the wrong foods, do less exercise and therefore put on weight around the stomach, develop poor posture and therefore develop lower back and postural problems as a consequence.

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news guys, but if you haven’t had a 6-pack before, you probably aren’t destined to ever have one, but targeting and working your core will correct posture and alleviate problems.
