At Bubalu (Bub-a-lu, not Boobaloo, or Boobaloos!) we love our job. We spend our days helping people get fitter, stronger and feeling good about themselves (and what could be lovelier than that?) We’re more than a gym with an action packed timetable of classes, because we realised we could help people feel even better with good food that fuelled their workouts and their lives. So we donned our aprons to develop a vibrant menu where health and nutrition go hand-in-hand with taste and flavour. We call this ‘Fuel Good’ - fitness and food together in harmony. Our fitness studios and gym stand alongside our cafe and we’re confident that whether you chose to sample a smoothie or a spin class (or both) you’ll love what we do. So whether you join us once a week, have a specific goal in mind or just want to pop in for a bite to eat, we’re here for you. We practice a general rule of 80% nutrition and 20% exercise for living a healthy life, as you simply cannot out-exercise a poor diet.
