On Wednesdays and Saturdays Naomi offers a dynamic class suitable for people of all abilities, from beginners to advanced. It encompasses a broad range of traditional yoga styles including: Iyengar, Ashtanga, Sivananda and Viniyoga. Come and practice in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Thursday Yoga is taught by John. A little less strenuous, John has a history of working to reduce back pain and is great for beginners and remedial work.
