An invitation to unwind from your day through a blend of strengthening movement and restorative yoga. This Yang to Yin style flows from energy-boosting sequences into relaxing poses designed to soothe the nervous system.
The first part of the class features a strong flow with dynamic sequences to build strength and focus the mind. The latter half transitions into dreamy, nourishing restorative yoga, incorporating tools such as yin yoga, restorative poses, nidra, deep rest, and/or meditation. The class also includes breath awareness and various practices to deepen your experience. Each week brings a unique approach, allowing the class to feel a little different each time.
This class is suited for yogis with some experience and is not suitable for complete beginners.
All props, mats, blankets, eye mask etc are provided at the studio.
