Yoga classes with me are welcoming to all levels of fitness and experience. I aim to establish the breath as the starting point for physical movement and I encourage good alignment in the postures. Depending on the participant, you will be supported to build strength and/or flexibility. I introduce postures step-by-step, and suggest a number of variations that make the practice either more accessible or more challenging, depending on each participant's needs. Yoga teachings and philosophy are introduced alongside to provide a context and focus point for the practice. The sessions end with a renewed focus on the breath.
