This class will work to strengthen and revitalise the whole body, work closely with the breath and encourage a mindful approach to practicing yoga. Traditional yoga postures using slow flowing movements closely linked to the breath throughout the practice.
Viniyoga uses precision and alignment with adaptations offered in each posture to suit any health issues or limitations. The class welcome all levels of ability and experience, and the postures are taken step-by-step. I support practitioners to explore challenges to their own level, offering challenging or more accessible options during each class for when you feel ready to ensure your practice is suitable. A meditative link is supported throughout the practice for overall well-being.
