My yoga teaching style is practical and adaptable, progressive and relaxed.I apply the tools and approach of viniyoga to ensure the practice is suitable to all who attend, no matter what your level of experience, size, shape or fitness. I have worked with a vast range of levels of fitness from post operation to competition level athletes.
