Enjoy a good foundation in how to move, breath and get the most from your yoga practice. This introduction will include more guidance and explanation, personal attention to help you get more from the poses and breathwork, and plenty of time for questions.
It is a 'rolling' course, where you can come in and pick up where you left off and we will recap to help you embed the practice so that you can even do it at home if you like :-).
Yoga is great for energy, strength, stability, stress relief, and even a profound sense of wellbeing and self discovery :-)
It also offers other therapeutic benefits such as alleviation of back problems and decrease in stress and tension.
