Each birth preparation class will cover a topic of birth preparation, e.g. relaxation skills for pregnancy and labour, breathing techniques for labour, how to help reduce pain, positions for labour, massage and touch, and many more. Every session will be complete in itself but combines best as a series to offer a comprehensive overview of the skills needed to have a calm and comfortable labour and birth. There will be a handout for each session. Afterwards there is time for chat and free refreshments and a chance to meet others. The class is followed by pregnancy yoga and the two go together as a perfect compliment to each other.
