An extended 1 hr 15 min MovingFormsYoga vinyasa flow class with Bethan at Bristol Yoga Space: a chance to reconnect to your grounding centre in the midst of the summer break. We'll have time to explore breathwork and poses that build strength and flexibility and direct us back towards balance.
Working with the theme of balance we'll explore standing and arm balances in a kramic 'step-by-step' way which means that you can practice at your own pace with the energy you bring to class that day. All levels welcome. Mats and blocks provided.
