9:15-10:15 Friday Morning stretch and nurture Yoga.
(In Bristol school term time only)
This session is suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga.
Rebecca will guide you to be conscious about your breathing and feel your own body's strength, form, balance and capacity to relax more fully.
The session starts in stillness and quiet, then moves into gentle body practices that loosen up and align your body. Helping you know how to nurture yourself.
You will then be guided to feel fired up, through variations of sun salutation sequences, which are lead by Rebecca.
This will all mean you are in the right mental and physical state to find some ease in exploring and breathing through some classic yoga postures.
The session end with a guided, deep relaxation. Bring a blanket and a cushion if you can, so you can enjoy the full nurture experience. Rebecca has some available however. If you have your own mat, feel free to bring it.
Yoga is a great way to recharge , feel your inner resources and connect to your better self.
