My name is Lizzie and I am an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher. After discovering yoga in my early teens, I graduated from my 200 hour teacher training course in July 2024 and have been sharing practice ever since. My journey as both a student and teacher has taken me across Europe and Asia.
I offer dynamic classes for all levels, blending breath, movement and alignment, and adapting yoga postures to each individual. I aim to guide students through an accessible and playful, yet challenging practice that can be adapted to suit individual needs. My classes help build strength, flexibility and mindfulness, fostering an ‘intelligent practice’ and deeper mind-body connection.
Following in the tradition of classic Hatha Yoga, my classes incorporate yoga poses to strengthen and balance the body, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation to help let go of stress.
I mainly teach and practice Hatha yoga with a flow element, incorporating the dynamism of Ashtanga Yoga with great attention to alignment in order to align the body and develop strength and flexibility.
