Ashtanga yoga classes incorporate a strong dynamic flow of yoga postures with breath awareness before slowing our practice down with more static postures, meditation and relaxation.
Classes are suitable for new students to yoga as well as those with more experience. Kate offers modifications and adjustments where needed so that each student can experience the postures being taught and can participate at their own ability. She encourage students to practice with awareness and within the range of movement available to them to provide a safe, relaxing and inclusive environment.
