This class is excellent for beginners and those who are recovering from illness or injury. It's also great for those who want to take it slow and be more mindful. We will practice combination of restorative postures, limbering movements and relaxation techniques to settle the mind and the body. You'll feel relaxed and energised after the session.
We welcome all levels of fitness and abilities, as well as different body size and shape - You don’t necessarily have to be young, fit or flexible to join our classes!
