In the session we will begin with breathing exercises to balance the mind, warm up with sun salutations and then flow through classic postures to align and strengthen the body, before ending with a guided relaxation. Working with the mind body and the breath you will leave feeling calm, energised and relaxed.
This is an inclusive class, suitable for beginners.
Please bring a yoga mat or a blanket to practice on. You may also like to bring a blanket or layers for the relaxation and a bottle of water.
