Reformer Classes are based on and around the Reformer and the classes will work your whole body to lengthen and stretch your muscles. The classes are designed to offer a challenging but fun workout for clients in a small class setting. Along the way we may incorporate equipment such as a Pilates Ball or Magic Circle. With a maximum of 3 in a class you can be assured of receiving individual attention to help improve your Pilates practice and hone your technique.
