Our General Pilates classes focus on creating a balance in the body, strengthening the core postural muscles and working on co-ordination and stability. We will include a gentle warm-up and take you through Pilates exercises you are familiar with as well as progressing you through new Pilates repertoire and adding some stretches as well. These classes are suitable for everyone who has completed either a Beginners Pilates Course or 2 x Introduction to Pilates Sessions.
