Strength and balance is a fun and dynamic way to build strength, balance, and coordination. You’ll develop full-body control, improve strength, and (re-)discover the joy of moving. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience at the gym (and / or with kettlebells), you’ll be learning how to lift weights and build strength. This is about learning good technique, listening carefully to how our bodies respond to the work we’re asking them to do, and learning how to meet your edges and build strength by challenging yourself.
I’m hoping you’ll leave feeling energised, confident, and ready to move well. Kettlebells are a great, easy to use, multi-purpose weight (sort of in the shape of a kettle!) that offer us an infinite variety of useful movement patterns. This class is designed to be accessible for all levels, with a focus on learning the fundamentals in a supportive and engaging environment.
