Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice which coordinates movement with the breath and combines elements of both Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga.
This practice provides a strong physical practice and has all the calming effects of a moving meditation. The postures increase coordination, strength and flexibility, whilst easing tension and creating space in both the mind and body.
Intermediate – Experienced (Int – Exp)
Suitable if you have had an established practice for 2 – 3 years or more and a good understanding of a range of poses, breath, bandha and alignment principles then these classes will suit you. These classes will have a mix of intermediate and more experienced students and the teacher will offer different options to suit different levels of experience.
