Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice, which coordinates movement with the breath and combines elements of both Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga.
This practice provides a strong physical practice and has all the calming effects of a moving meditation. The postures increase coordination, strength and flexibility, whilst easing tension and creating space in both the mind and body.
Improvers to Intermediate (Imp – Int). If you have been attending classes regularly for 1 -2 years or more (depending how often you come). You’ll have a good understanding of basic poses, breath and alignment principles. These classes will have a mix of improvers and more experienced students and the teacher will offer different options to suit different levels of experience.
