Hatha Yoga is one of the most accessible practices for complete beginners. There is more emphasis on holding a pose for longer, combining gentle postures, breath work, mindfulness and meditation to encourage release and relaxation in the mind and body. Hatha classes will help the body to strengthen and to release tension, to stabilize and calm the mind and to work deeply but not fast. Those with injuries can be supported in these classes.
Beginners- If you’ve never tried yoga before, have done a couple of classes, or have done the odd downward facing dog then these are the classes for you. If you’ve done some classes before, but haven’t been on a mat in years these classes will also be perfect
