Beginner to Improvers Classes (Beg – Imp) If you’ve been attending classes for between 6 months – 2 years (depending how often you come) and are starting to get to grips with the basic poses, alignment and breathing principles - then try these classes. There will be a mix of beginners and those who are more experience and the teacher will offer different options to suit different levels of experience. Not suitable for complete beginners.
