Through evolving postures within a set sequence, Ashtanga Yoga is a fantastic way of increasing flexibility and strength. In Ashtanga Mysore classes you work through the set sequence at your own pace, with one-to-one advice and adjustments from the teacher, you can arrive and end your practice at any time during the two-hour session. If you are new to this class please arrive anytime after 7.30am Otherwise you may start and finish your practice anytime between 06.30 - 8.30am
