Ashtanga Led classes are another traditional form of Ashtanga Yoga, which complement Ashtanga Mysore classes well. You will be led through the Ashtanga Primary series, following the set sequence on the flow of the breath
If you have been regularly attending class for 1 - 2 years (depending on how often you come) and are starting to understand the basic poses, alignment and breathing principles then these classes will suit you.
