What to expect from the course:

Expect to learn moves, generate short sequences and play with creative exercises.

Intermediate students will be taught according to their ability but can expect to perfect and build on foundational technique in order to move towards developing longer sequences and more dynamic work.

Plus! strengthening and stretching exercises on the floor and in the air designed specifically to support your aerial training and develop general fitness.

What to bring with you: – water – an additional top with sleeves – tight fitting leggings/tights (two layers is great) – high waisted shorts or a leotard
