A fun, fast paced, music fuelled, weekly circus circuit class incorporating acrobatic and aerial technique, conditioning and flexibility. Circus Fitness is designed to challenge and invigorate you in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, ready for the start of the weekend.

This is a good introduction to circus for complete beginners and an opportunity for skill specific conditioning for current circus students. The circuit activities are timed but you work at your own pace, so you can move fast or slow depending on your Friday feeling! We prioritise good technique and injury prevention as well as a thorough work out.

Approximate timings: 10 min warm up, 20 min Aerial Conditioning and Technique (beginners to advanced level, may include Rope, Trapeze, Hoop or Silks) , 30 minute Circus Circuit including floor exercises, aerial work and cardio, finished off with a thorough 15 min stretch out!

Bring water and leggings for aerial work, high waisted shorts or a leotard may also make some exercises more comfortable.
