Creating a powerful body with a calm mind. 'HIIT' (High Intensity Interval Training) is becoming widely acknowledged as being the single most advantageous form of exercise for a wide range of fitness goals in a short amount of time. Expect short bursts of cardio exercises performed at your maximum pace; followed quickly by a period of rest or gentle movement. But in order to help you work at these high levels of exertion - which can be new and a bit daunting to many of us - we need to help you cultivate the right mind set to do it. This is why we have combined HIIT with Mindfulness (bringing your attention to the here and now) in order to help you focus your attention, look after your body and be accepting of using your maximum effort possible. Suitable for all fitness levels with our teacher always respecting your personal capabilities and giving adaptions or progressions where necessary. Class sizes are small to allow plenty of support and encouragement, so please book ahead to save your space.
